EcoMaterna.com offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products sold at EcoMaterna.com. If for any reason you find any product unsatisfactory, you can send it back within 30 days of purchase for a full refund - less shipping charges, or within 45 days for a store credit or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags in place. Items must also come from a non-smoking environment.

All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please include a copy of your receipt so that we may process your return quickly.

When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will issue a store credit for the amount of the merchandise returned. Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense.
